By implementing the Calculator+ embeddable code, you agree to these Embed Service Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Agreement

2. License Grant and Attribution

• Visual integrity: The attribution link must remain fully visible to users and search engine crawlers. You may not use CSS, JavaScript, or other techniques to hide, obscure, or alter the color/size to make it unreadable.
• SEO transparency: The link must remain a standard, followable HTML element. Any attempt to mask the link from search engine indexing is a breach of this license.

3. Monitoring and Enforcement (Guard Dot Policy)

To maintain Service integrity, Calculator+ employs active monitoring technology.

• Verification: Scripts verify the presence and visibility of the attribution link in real time.
• Automatic suspension: If the attribution link is removed, obscured, or modified, the Service automatically disables itself and renders a 1px "Guard Dot" in place of the tool.
• Self-correction: Restoration of the original, unmodified embed code will typically restore Service functionality.

4. Intellectual Property and PDF Usage

The Service generates high-fidelity financial reports and outputs.

• Ownership: All calculation logic, design, branding, and generated PDF assets remain the exclusive property of Calculator+.
• No commercial resale: The Host may not charge end-users for access to the tool or its PDF downloads.
• No re-branding: The Host may not white-label the Service or represent the calculation logic as their own.

5. Right to Revoke and Block

Calculator+ reserves the right to terminate access to the Service for any reason, including misuse, attribution bypass attempts, or harmful traffic patterns.

• Misuse: Attempting to scrape data or automate bulk PDF downloads.
• Deception: Attempting to bypass attribution requirements.
• Discretionary blocking: Calculator+ may block any domain or IP address deemed harmful to brand, infrastructure, or business model without prior notice.

6. Service Modifications

Calculator+ is an evolving platform. We may update terms, adjust features, or change availability and resource policies over time.

• Update terms at any time.
• Modify or discontinue specific features, including PDF export quality or calculator modes.
• Move high-resource features to paid tiers in the future.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." Calculator+ is not responsible for financial decisions made using embedded tools.
